Valley: Maipo - Ageing: 4-5 years
Harvest
A five-day cold maceration process is carried out of partially crushed grapes at temperatures below 5°C. There is then an alcoholic fermentation at 25°C with selected yeasts. The wine is kept in oak barrels for seven months to increase its complexity and aromas.
Winemaker's Comment:
A deep ruby red colour. Intense fruity aromas with dominant violet, tobacco and blackberry flavours, perfectly combined with oaky nuances. A medium-bodied, intense, and balanced wine with ripe tannins.
