Reserva / Syrah
Ageing: 4 - 5 years.
A five-day cold maceration process is carried out of partially crushed grapes at a temperature of below 5°C. There is then an alcoholic fermentation at 25°C with selected yeasts. The wine is in contact with oak for seven months to increase its complexity and aromas.
A deep ruby red colour. Intense fruity aromas with dominant violet, tobacco and blackberry flavours, perfectly combined with oak notes. It is a medium-bodied, concentrated and balanced wine with mature tannins.- BUY -
