Reserva / Carmenere
Ageing: 4 - 5 years.
The fermentation is made with selected yeasts and the extraction is defined over the process. There are intense pump overs at the start of the fermentation process which are then reduced halfway through, or at the end of said process. The post-fermentation maceration duration is defined for each individual barrel, varying from just a few hours to 10 days. Over the ageing process, 60% is in contact with American Oak and 40% with French Oak for a period of 8 months.
It is a deep purply red coloured wine with expressive aromas of dark fruits accompanied with roasted, mocha flavoured notes. It has a good volume and structure for the palate, with a long-lasting and refreshing finish.- BUY -
